1996 Pitman Panther Self-Propelled Auto Crane, 848 hours, Kubota D722E diesel, 6 wheel drive. It will handle 55' poles or heavy transformers. It is able to access 36" entries to get into those hard to reach places where line trucks can't go or traverse right-of-way areas for field work. It has an auger drive with standard 18 bit and can also be used to set anchors. It has a hook height of 25' and a 2500lb. lift capacity at 9' radius. The boom is made with rectangular steel instead of square steel and has an elevation of -20 degrees - +90 degrees. The Standard Panther is equipped with an adjustable track platform and has a planetary winch.
